During the process of achieving my goals Faye explained how I could reach my potential through specific exercise and nutrition. Faye has also worked in our Primary School and was fantastic in helping our teachers and support staff in an innovative fitness initiative that delivered exceptional results.

Faye is very professional and sets clear goals and high expectations for all of her clients.

Her expertise in health and fitness is second to none. Faye is passionate about what she does and this comes across in the training sessions. I’ve learned so much, not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work. No one session is the same which means I never get bored and the exercise certainly doesn’t feel like hard work, although it must be, because the results after just 3 months are amazing!

WHAT FAYE SAYS...

When I first met Ken he was so focussed on his busy working life that he had poor eating habits and no time for exercise. He didn’t know what to do but his love for his family inspired him to make a change. He said: “I don’t want to embarrass my daughter on her wedding day.” He is working so hard to get ready for the big day in 2018, with his wife also helping him to follow a healthier diet. I know that when it’s time to walk her down the aisle and give her away he will be able to reflect with pride not only for her, but also for himself.
