Faye lives and breathes fitness. Her dedication and infectious enthusiasm means she was born to inspire other women to have healthy and active lifestyles. Working out of her own private gym, Faye takes a complete approach to improving the physical and mental wellbeing of others. No dream is too big, no issue too small. Faye takes a woman through a journey, teaching them the fundamentals of nutrition, educating them on exercise and how to ‘make exercise part of their lives.'

NUTRITION/LIFESTYLE
Nutrition is a big part of my life. Im all about ‘Balance’. I've never been into ‘Fad Diets’ just simply a nutritious and balanced lifestyle. I teach my clients the principles of nutrition, I teach them how to have a healthy relationship with food, how to meal prep and be prepared for a full days of work. You have to remember that carbs aren’t the enemy and most importantly to have a treat if you want one. I teach all my clients how to portion control and how to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle should consist of eating a balanced nutritious diet lots of vegetables, protein, carboyhydrates and healthy fats such as avocado, eggs, nuts. They are so important for your training and energy. I particularly love the likes of quinoa, bulgurwheat, potatoes, rice etc so please message me if you want to know more about carbs, fats and protein choices. I teach all you lovely ladies not to feel guilty every time you eat and enjoy food as much as possible. I am the biggest foodie, I love eating out with family and friends but sometimes just don'e overdo it, maybe choosing the lighter option instead of pasta, although occasionally I do let myself chose whatever I feel like.
I take women on a journey and change their lifestyle through Nutrition, Exercise and Supplements, where necessary. I also offer 21 day food plans when you do the ‘Microbiome’ Purify kit.
