2 stonesI am currently coming to the end of my 12 week plan with Faye and have to say I haven't felt better about myself in such a long time! I decided to take the plunge and get a personal trainer as I'm getting married in December and have felt uncomfortable about my weight for the past year!
I spotted Faye at the village and thought she looked amazing and I wanted her figure. My daughter found her on Facebook so I went for it. My main goals were changing my shape, being more toned and then weight loss. I hate my thighs, always have and my biggest wish is to wear a pair of denim shorts on my hen do and feel good in them!
Training with Faye is amazing, she doesn't use a method of shouting and screaming or belittling you, she builds your confidence with exercise and will push you to the next level if she feels you're ready. Faye supports you at any time of the day, a quick text for advice or a message on Facebook and she is always there to help. Faye's home gym is great as if you aren't happy to train in front of others it offers privacy. Faye's family have also been very welcoming, allowing us into their home and are always friendly
I went on holiday 10 weeks into the programme and for the first time in years I felt happy to walk around in my bikini without covering my legs up!! I wore shorts without feeling self conscious and thoroughly enjoyed flaunting my new and improved shape!!! Training with Faye has ignited the passion for exercise again and she is an inspiration
WHAT FAYE SAYS...
It’s always great to work with people who have clear goals already. Emma wanted to feel and look her best on her wedding day, which is something I think anyone can understand. The dedication and drive she brought to every training session meant it was truly a pleasure to share her journey. She took on every piece of advice I gave, transforming her eating habits and pushing for every rep without once asking why or complaining. I can’t wait to see her walking down the aisle looking beautiful as always and showing off the body I know she dreamt of having on her big day and beyond ?
