I started with Faye 6 months prior to my wedding. I needed to slim down and be looking my best. I wasn’t in the best physical shape and had never entered a gym before. I saw Faye advertised so arranged some sessions. After the first session I knew it was going to work for me. I felt motivated and focused through her encouragement and support. She taught me not to be afraid of the gym and built my confidence up to exercise on my own. She taught me how to eat properly and I can honestly say I was eating more than I did to begin with I was just eating the correct food. I started losing weight, inches and body fat and had never felt better. I lost in total in 6 months 3 stone and 5 inches off my waist. I also dropped 2 dress sizes.

I love coaching people who have always believed exercise wasn’t for them or have given up on ever being fit and healthy. I pride myself on creating an environment where anyone can step into my gym and have no fear – there is no one looking on, no one passing judgement. When Becky came to me she had never been in a gym before and had gotten into bad habits such as eating three pizzas a week. She had, in many ways, given up but setting her wedding date jolted her into action. I helped her wipe the slate clean and build up a weekly meal planner from scratch, whilst getting into the routine of working out four times a week.
